just got this from support. my issue was CC-503. Indicating Pen Air Federal CU. They said yes there is a new issue with Pen Air FCU. The message below addresses MISSION FCU. What about Pen Air FCU?????

Users that are trying to connect accounts from Mission Federal Credit Union are getting a CC-502/FDP-102 error for both Quicken Classic for Windows and Mac.

This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.

I went ahead and pulled your support ticket for review, and I’ve passed the case along internally so the interaction can be reviewed further and coaching can be provided to the agent, as you were, unfortunately, misinformed, for which we apologize.

At this time, we don’t have any known issues reported for Pen Air FCU. If you're receiving a CC-503, we recommend that you please review and follow the guidance outlined in this support article regarding this error.

However, I did also take the liberty of reviewing your account, and internally, you are receiving a FDP-185(CC-585) error. Therefore, I also recommend that you review and follow this support article regarding this error as well.
