Error CC-501

I'm re-posting my original post from February since I've had no resolution.

I've downloaded brokerage transactions from Tastyworks for a couple of years now but earlier this year I started getting Error CC-501. I contacted support in February and they told me it's a known issue that is being worked on. Is it possbile to get a current update on the issue?

    We appreciate you reaching out about this!

    This error is typically caused on the bank’s end and indicates that Quicken’s server is being blocked from connecting to your account. These types of errors often self-resolve within 24 hours.

    I also reviewed your account and did not see any internal errors associated with your Tastyworks, Inc. connection. Additionally, we do not currently have any known issues or alerts related to this financial institution.

    That said, since you're still encountering the error in-product, we recommend reviewing the information outlined in this support article.

    As mentioned in the article, if the error continues for more than 24 hours, the next step would be to contact Quicken Support directly so they can collect and review your log files. If necessary, they can escalate the issue for further investigation.
