I am having a similar problem. Schwab accounts are not downloading the transactions that I see when I look at the transactions on Schwab web site. This began with late April transactions. How to fix this?

Thank you for letting us know you're having an issue with transactions not downloading. When I check on our end, I'm not seeing any error messages with Schwab. Are you seeing any error messages/codes when you try to update your Schwab accounts?

I can see that you tried adding/re-adding Schwab accounts today. Did that correct the issue, or is the problem still persisting?

What kind of accounts are failing to download (brokerage, IRA, etc.)? Is this impacting all of your accounts with Schwab?

Are the missing transactions showing as posted on Schwab's website? Is there any chance they may have incorrectly matched with existing transactions in the account register in Quicken (this can happen if you have transactions that are almost identical, but with a different date)? Did you recently delete any transactions from the problem account registers? Did you check to see if the transactions did download, but in a different account in your Quicken file?

My problem is fixed. I called the support center and we ended up creating a new Quicken file. This fixed the problem.
