Chase amazon credit card updating balance but not downloading transactions

I see a closed discussion about what seems to be similar to my problem. The balance is correct and is updating, but the transactions aren't downloading. I'm on windows 11, It's Chase amazon prime visa, says financial institution is chase investments- i'm using express web connect +, when I tried to reset it said the account was not found at chase, but it is updating the balance….

"says financial institution is chase investments"

That caught my eye, so I had to pull out my Chase Prime VISA card and look at it carefully, and I see no indication that "chase investments" is the financial institution involved. The card does say "Chase" and show their logo, but that's it.

My Quicken Account associated with this credit card is working properly and lists the Financial Institution on the General tab of the Account Details window as simply "Chase." I do see a "Chase Investments" as an eligible Financial Institution but I'd think that a credit card would be issued by the bank Chase, not their investments arm.

Perhaps that's the source of the problem?

thank you for your suggestion—I will try changing it….although It has been downloading under chase investments for a long time, but I will try changing it. It's weird though, because the balance is updating correctly, and I just had transactions yesterday, which are reflected in the new balance.

update to my question. I attempted to set up a new amazon account, and it connected my amazon acct, this time to chase, not chase investments. Weird that it's been working all this time, and all my other chase credit cards are working using chase investments, which, as I recall, I had to do awhile ago to get them to download. But for now, all seems well, and I'm not going to attempt to understand why!

Did you get these Chase credit cards through Chase Investment Services and Wealth Management? Maybe some shuffling within Chase moved the Amazon Prime card over over to some other arm of "Chase?"

I guess something like that might be the answer, but I don't really know.
