Chase Bank Transactions not downloading into Quicken

I am running Win 11 and Quicken Premier 2024. My Chase checking account transactions have been downloading into Quicken until last week .
In the past this has occurred and I understand that I have " deactivated , reactivate the account " I have done this i the past and my end balance has been off.
Has anyone recently in the past week ran into this same issue with Chase ?

I've run into the issue before, but not recently. As for the ending balance being off: it's a "known bug" (well at least to us) that the deactivate/reactivate causes Quicken to insert an "opening balance" that's erroneous. Go to the beginning of the register and see if there's an Opening Balance line. More than likely that's the culprit.

Well looks like it happened to me as well. Sometime between 4/27 and 5/2, all transactions in those dates are not downloading from ANY of my Chase accounts into quicken. A Deactivate/Reactivate doesn't fix/find them either.

Try this: It seemed to work for me.
So after you deactivate, you do the re-activate. It asks you to login to Chase, and you click Next/OK/whatever. It says it's all good. Quicken then shows all the accounts and they're already linked to existing.
Still no transactions.
So, go to "setup online" on the problem account. Go through the reactivation again. This time, on the Chase website, uncheck that box to share with Quicken (the one right above where it shows all the accounts you've checked boxes for). Then RE-CHECK the box. Then click OK/whatever.
THIS time, Quicken shows an option to "link to existing" and now it'll download the transactions.
WHY Quicken seems to "lose" connection (I've had this happen with virtually every single EWS+ account in the past year or two), is beyond me. Very annoying when suddenly you realize it hasn't downloaded anything for several days/weeks.

I have not deactivated / reactivated since I fear my prior transactions will be categorized, this happened when I performed this with Citi Visa
