USAA and Chase not updating

USAA isn't updating, I have reset all accounts. Now Chase isn't updating
It's been an issue with USAA since May 1. Chase issues since May 2.
It's not my computer, or my internet connection, or where I store my files.
It's a Quicken problem

Thanks for reaching out.
I looked at the internal errors that you are receiving, and I’m seeing a CP_Account_Not_Found error for both your Chase and USAA connections. That’s a fairly general error, so to dig in further, I’ll need a bit more info from you.
Are you seeing any specific error messages or codes within the Quicken app when you try to update these accounts?
If not, please go ahead and submit a problem report with your logs so we can investigate more deeply. Here’s how to do that:
- In Quicken, go to Help > Report a Problem
- Include a brief description of the issue
- Make sure to check the boxes to include log files and a screenshot (if applicable)
- Submit the report
Once you’ve done that, just reply here to let me know it’s been sent.
