AT&T Direct TV ebiller not connecting

    My AT&T Wireless account Ebills are working fine. I'm even getting the PDF's. My AT&T Directv account has not worked correctly for a few months now. Getting nothing there anymore.

    Edit: Apparently the mod's split this off from a thread I had replied to. However the title they added is misleading. I did not say it isn't connecting, it just doesn't download any billing information anymore.

    Thanks for reaching out. I’ve checked the internal status of DirecTV, and it is currently showing as degraded. Our teams are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it.
