My AT&T Wireless account Ebills are working fine. I'm even getting the PDF's. My AT&T Directv account has not worked correctly for a few months now. Getting nothing there anymore.
Edit: Apparently the mod's split this off from a thread I had replied to. However the title they added is misleading. I did not say it isn't connecting, it just doesn't download any billing information anymore.
