Add ACCOUNT to Bill and Income Reminders
It would be very handy if the Bill and Income Reminders window showed the affected account. For example, you can see in the image below I have scores of bill and income reminders. But which ones use my checking account and which ones use my credit card, etc.?
Please add a column to this report that allows the user to sort by affected account.

That would be a nice addition, both adding the Account to use column and allowing sort by Account name..
However, in a way, the requested function is already available. Just switch to the Monthly Bills and Deposits tab.
You get the Account to use column, but you can't sort by it.Alternatively, you can use and customize a Classic Home tab view page (not the Dashboard) to include a Bill and Income Reminders view. This view already includes the "Account to use" column (but you can't sort by Account name).

UKR, thank you for reading and understanding my request. I appreciate any help or "work-arounds" that are offered.
I don't see your suggested "Monthly Bills and Deposits tab." When I go to View > Tabs to Show, I see only: Home, Spending, Bills, Planning, Property, and Mobile and Web. None of these tabs are "Monthly Bills and Deposits" and I don't see "Monthly Bills and Deposits" as any of the sub-tabs, either. I am using Quicken Classic Deluxe for Windows.
However, thank you for your "alternatively" suggestion. It worked - somewhat - but only after I customized that portion with the gear to put a check in "Show accounts in bills list." You are right that I cannot sort by Account to Use, but this is still better than nothing. Also, it includes those bill and income reminders which have already been entered into the registers, while the main "Tools > Bill and Income Reminders" screen shows what I want: all FUTURE, not-yet-entered, transactions.
Thank you!

I don't see your suggested "Monthly Bills and Deposits tab."
Look at the image you provided, near the upper left corner. The tab I mentioned is part of the Tools / Manage Bill and Income Reminders view.

UKR,
You are so right. Thank you. Like many, I see only what I used to seeing!
As you indicated, this does show "Account to Use" which is what I would like to see on the "All Bills & Deposits" tab. But, like the addition to the home page, you cannot sort (or filter) by account. Also, it shows the ones I have already entered, rather than just future, un-entered transactions.
Thank you again for your help.

There is a remaining issue. When I am on the ALL BILLS & DEPOSITS tab, it shows (as desired) only the pending items, and (as desired) both bills and deposits, both sorted by date, starting with the next unprocessed reminder. But, it does NOT include the account.
If I switch, as suggested, to MONTHLY BILLS & DEPOSITS tab, yes it shows the ACCOUNT TO USE, but there are some issues.
First, it shows the many reminders that I have already processed. I only want to see the pending items.
Second, shows them starting with the current month. My habit is to enter these reminders 60-90 days before their actual dates (so that I can forecast my cash flow demands). And I can see only one month at a time.
My request would not be that hard for Quicken to address, if they will simply listen: On the ALL BILLS & DEPOSITS tab of the BILL AND INCOME REMINDERS dialog box, include as one of the columns ACCOUNT TO USE.

it's not really necessary to preload your account registers and record scheduled reminders 90 days ahead, just for account balance planning.
In each register there's a setting which allows you to show reminders for the next [xx] days as if they were real register transactions already. The Status column (leftmost column in each register, titled with a blue dot) shows whether the transaction is still a reminder or it has been recorded already.
In addition to that, the Projected Balances view (in the Bills & Income tab) can show you with both a graph and a tabular view what your future account balances will be. Customize the view to show the "Multiple Accounts" that you are interested in viewing and select your future date range (Next xx days up to 12 months).
Using these views you might even be able to change some / most / all of your reminders from "Auto enter 90 days before …" to "Remind me 28 days before …". This comes in handy for reminders where the amount changes every month, e.g., your electricity bill.

I agree completely!! I manage bank accounts for my elderly mother and it would be so helpful to be able to sort by her accounts to take care of her bookkeeping all at one time.
This is a MUCH NEEDED column to add!

@bjbrum ,
are you sure it's a good idea to comingle your mother's account registers with your accounts in one Quicken data file?If you keep your mother's accounts in a separate Quicken data file, there won't be any confusion or accidental recording of transactions in a wrong account or wrong category.
