Different functions hanging

    One step update hangs (since earlier yesterday). Mobile sync hangs (since earlier yesterday). Restarting computer has not helped. Internet connection tests good. Resetting cloud data does not seem to have helped, as it hangs when it gets to the final "Transactions" step. It's particularly challenging because once it hangs, you have no option but to end the Quicken program with the Task Manager, which can leave the system in an unstable condition and it's never clear that yet another restart isn't required to restore stability. Very time consuming. Quicken itself needs to provide a way to gracefully escape from a Sync or Update process. As suggested above, I've "signed out" and "signed back in" to my data file. (Actually, I wasn't entirely sure what that above advice meant, but what I did was create a new "Test" data file, then switched back to my regular data file.)

    OK, after the last attempt at creating a test data file, then switching back to my regular data file, a Cloud reset/Sync succeeded, although it took a good 15 minutes to complete! After that, the One Step Update worked again.
