Quicken Mac 8.2.0 preferences

in New to Quicken/Getting Started (Mac)

I am migrating from Quicken 2007 Mac to Quicken Deluxe v. 8.2.0. All indications I have seen tell me preferences is in Edit. Its not there. Where is it?

    It's on the main app menu:

    Pretty much every modern Mac app has Settings or Preferences listed there.

    Formerly called Preferences, when Apple changed macOS from "Preferences" to "Settings", many applications — including Quicken — switched to calling them "Settings" as well.
