Quicken Account Update and Spokane Teachers Credit Union

Have been getting CC502 error now since May 5th, contacted Quicken support, still as of May 9th no resolution to Service call #11755183. I have renewed my subscription so now Quicken doesn't work correctly. I have checked with the bank, they are not indicating any issues. Checked with Quicken and that is where the issue is still at. Any suggestions?

I responded to your previous thread on this same topic here, but to recap: I reviewed your support tickets internally and can confirm that after your contact with Quicken Support, the issue was escalated to our Tier 2 team. That escalation is still open and currently being worked on. Unfortunately, there's no estimated timeframe for resolution yet.
Since there’s an active escalation in progress, we recommend holding off on any further troubleshooting, as that could interfere with the investigation.

Appreciate the following on this issue, I am using Quicken in a completely manual mode; I don't use a checkbook register

Monday morning, and I see no progress on this issue, I hope Quicken is prepared to refund my subscription as I haven't been able to use this product now since May 5th

All of a sudden it's now working correctly, I have been able to first add accounts that Quicken support had me deactivate, run an account update, and all matches the bank… it's a miracle I tell ya!
