I connect my quicken file with Fidelity and as of May 7th, the cash balance and associated transactions will no longer pull through. Fidelity blames it on Quicken and Quicken blames it on Fidelity. It is very frustrating. My feeling is that Quicken is the product so they need to work with Fidelity to resolve the issue. Instead they are telling me I need to deal with it and essentially washing their hands of the problem.
