How to connect to a financial institution using DST Fanweb

Quicken support was no help for this.

Value Line Funds uses DST Fanweb to do Direct Web Access.

I have a URL: www.secureaccountview.com/BFWeb/clients/valueline/index that gets to their web page asking me to enter my login credentials. This URL is also used by Fidelity Full View to connect.

Value Line Funds is not listed in online support services. Neither is DST Fanweb. So I don't know how to connect.

Up to 5 years ago, Quicken was able to connect, so Value Line must have changed the method.

If this is not possible for Quicked to do it needs to be added as I'm sure many financial institutions are using this method.

I use Windows 11.

When I tried to add an account for ValueLine, they weren't found.

Which suggests that Value Line let their contract with Q/Intuit lapse (their decision, NOT Q's)

SO, you're going to have to maintain this as an Offline type account until/unless ValueLine changes their mind.  It's only by ValueLine signing the contract with Q/Intuit that downloads into Q can happen.

I.E., the method isn't the true issue.  The lack of a contract is the issue.
