Corporate Acquisition (stock for stock) impressive failure

Windows 11 and Q release 62.18. Problem is manual enter transaction with specified company acquired and acquiring company removes correctly but new company takes previous old lots and multiplies say about $20,000 to 39 million. Good gain if it was real. Have done it using instructions 6 times and same failure. Have used this several times in the past decades but this is a mess.

Thank you for sharing your experience. To better assist you with this issue, please provide more information. What is the name of the company that was acquired? What is the name of the company that acquired it? How many new shares were issued per share of the acquired company? What is the price per share of the acquiring company?

How is it going wrong in your Quicken file? You mentioned the value is being drastically inflated. Is that happening due to Quicken seeing too many shares? Is the value of the shares getting inflated?
