Fidelity Investments not able to sync

I recently added Fidelity accounts to Quicken. The add account function worked fine, it recognized, dowloaded transactions, and updated holdings for 3 accounts. After a couple of days i started getting a update failed notice in Quicken for Fidelity. Are other people having this problem? Is there a way to fix?

Now I tried to go in and add an account. First I get this screen:

I select Try Again, and then I get this screen and it just hangs like this until I close it (I let it run with the circle spinning for over 30 minutes.):

What type(s) of accounts do you have at Fidelity … because Fidelity goes by multiple names in Q depending upon the account type.

"Fidelity Investments" is for retail brokerage and mutual fund accounts, whether taxable or retirement. But "Fidelity NetBenefits" is a separate financial institution in Q.

And I downloaded from Fidelity Investments, via Direct Connect, just now (3:32pm CDT) without problem. So you might try giving it another shot, and if that fails, contact Q Support via the link at the top of this page.

Yep, I've set up and see my accounts under "Fidelity Investments". It's the one that worked initially. I don't see my accounts under "Fidelity NetBenefits", and I see the accounts but nothing transfers under "Fidelity Investments & Retirement Accounts".
