Need Internal Rate of Return (IRR) for investments

Please offer IRR, which may also be called "Personal Rate of Return" or "Total Return %" or "Average Annual Return." It’s the performance metric that includes not only all the dated dividends received, but the realized and unrealized capital gains/loss, as well as buys, sells, transfers, and fees. Add it as a column in Portfolio view in an investment account.

I already have very complete transaction data.

I currently have to use Snowball Analytics to track IRR. My brokerages, Fidelity Investments and Schwab, also have it when I log into my account.

Why not Quicken Classic on macOS desktop? Thank you.

IRR is already available in a portfolio view (not a report, to my knowledge). When you are viewing an investment account or group of investment accounts, and click Portfolio (near the top, a line that says Dashboard Portfolio Transactions Watchlist), there are columns for “Avg. Annual IRR (%) YTD”, “Avg. Annual IRR (%) 1-Year”, and so on for 3-Year and 5-Year. If those are not already displayed, you may need to secondary click a column header or click the icon for configuring columns and add one or more of those IRR columns.

Indeed! It requires picking Performance in the drop-down menu that includes Portfolio Value (default) and Realized Gain. Funny how there's been no official Quicken reply to this matter. Thank you.

Unfortunately, upon further inspection, the Performance view "Avg. Annual Return IRR (%) 1-Year" (as well as other durations) is very inaccurate. It doesn't seem factor in a security's hold duration. It's off by so much that it's useless.
