America First Credit Union OL-293-A

For the last five days I haven't been able to download transactions from America First Credit Union and receive the message "OL-293-A Quicken is unable to update your account because unexpected information was received from your financial institution." I'm using Windows and Quicken R62.16. I have no trouble logging into these accounts online.

    Error OL-293-A for several days now. What do I do about this?

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Updating transactions involves Quicken requesting information from your bank and the bank responding with correct information. These errors indicate Quicken did not receive the expected response from the bank.

    Cause(s):

    • A temporary server issue
    • Online services are activated incorrectly
    • Incorrect or outdated login credentials

    Note: You may be able to successfully sign in to your bank's website, but still receive the error in Quicken, due to the issue with the bank's server that Quicken uses to connect.

    First, I suggest reviewing the instructions in this Support Article in an attempt to resolve this issue. It is recommended to save a backup before proceeding.

    Having OL-293 error on America First for past 3 days on Windows Classic. Anyone else?

    I contacted AFCU and they are aware of the issue. They said give 24 hours to reconnect their server.
