I recently purchased Quicken Classic Premier, to install after mine had expired. I found out that I could no longer enter the activation code since mine had expired. Prior to expiration that was available under the help menu, manage subscriptions, enter activation code. So, I deleted Quicken on my PC and downloaded the new Version R62.16, Build 27.1.62.16 and installed it under a different Quicken ID.
Once installed I did not have any problems opening my files, but I could not download any of my bank accounts. I did a search and found out that was because my bank accounts were associated with my old Quicken ID and I needed to go to "online services" in each account and deactivate the service.
I did this one by one and all went find except the one I have with Synchrony Bank for my Sam's Club Mastercard. Here I am having a problem of connecting online to a Sam's Club Mastercard account through Synchrony Bank. I keep getting error code CC-503. I have tried this by "SETUP NOW" in online services and by adding an account. Nothing seems to work. I know my Login and Password work as I have logged in through their website. Again, this is the only account I am having this issue with, it worked fine for the other 10 plus accounts I have.
