Sam's Club Mastercard CC-503 [Edited]

I recently purchased Quicken Classic Premier, to install after mine had expired. I found out that I could no longer enter the activation code since mine had expired. Prior to expiration that was available under the help menu, manage subscriptions, enter activation code. So, I deleted Quicken on my PC and downloaded the new Version R62.16, Build 27.1.62.16 and installed it under a different Quicken ID.

Once installed I did not have any problems opening my files, but I could not download any of my bank accounts. I did a search and found out that was because my bank accounts were associated with my old Quicken ID and I needed to go to "online services" in each account and deactivate the service.

I did this one by one and all went find except the one I have with Synchrony Bank for my Sam's Club Mastercard. Here I am having a problem of connecting online to a Sam's Club Mastercard account through Synchrony Bank. I keep getting error code CC-503. I have tried this by "SETUP NOW" in online services and by adding an account. Nothing seems to work. I know my Login and Password work as I have logged in through their website. Again, this is the only account I am having this issue with, it worked fine for the other 10 plus accounts I have.

    Hello @LannyV,

    Thank you for sharing your experience. To help troubleshoot, I checked on our end and can see you attempted to use several different connection options (Guitar Center, Care Credit, Sychrony Bank Credit Cards, Synchrony Financial Mastercard, Synchrony Mastercard, etc.) and got the invalid credentials error with all of them.

    Have you attempted to use any of the Sam's Club connection options?

    If you haven't, I recommend that you backup your Quicken file and see if you're able to connect.

    Thank you for that information. I just tried "Sam's Club Personal Credit Account"

    and that work fine. I am back up and running. Thank you very much.
