"Real Time Quotes" selection in preferences doesn't stay checked

Is anyone else having this issue. I'm having to go to preferences each time I open Quicken and re-check the Real Time Quotes box to enable it. It is not staying checked.

    By any chance is there a space at the end of your file name? For example:

    chuck56 .qdf

    Instead of:

    chuck56.qdf

    Quicken user since Q1999. Currently using QW2017.

    Just checked. There is no space.. Happened again this morning. I opened quicken and had to re-check the real time quotes box. Thanks.
