Citi bank Visa card - Downloaded online balance for reconciliation process incorrect

When I try to reconcile my Citi Bank Visa card, the downloaded account balance is incorrect. My Quicken balance for the account and the balance on Citi's web site are the same, but the downloaded balance used for the reconciliation process is wrong. My card was recently compromised, canceled and replaced with a new card. Could this be related to the issue?
Quicken for Windows version R62.16 build 27.1.62.16
I update and reconcile all of my accounts frequently.
I tried to update several times. but nothing changed.

Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. To clarify, when you reconcile, are you comparing to the online balance or to a statement balance? Is it the online balance that is incorrect in your Quicken? Is it off by the value of any pending transactions for the account? Are there any fraudulent charges that may be temporarily impacting your balance?
You mentioned the card was recently replaced. Have you already received the new card? If you have, did you reconnect your account in Quicken?
