When I try to reconcile my Citi Bank Visa card, the downloaded account balance is incorrect. My Quicken balance for the account and the balance on Citi's web site are the same, but the downloaded balance used for the reconciliation process is wrong. My card was recently compromised, canceled and replaced with a new card. Could this be related to the issue?

I update and reconcile all of my accounts frequently.
I tried to update several times. but nothing changed.
