I'm running Win 11 (latest updates applied), Quicken Deluxe R62.16. When I try to create a new, connected account with my credit union, Quicken tells me it's having trouble loading the page (to connect to USAA not American Express

I choose my credit union from the list, and Q gives me this message. I've tried other banking choices presented and I always get the trouble loading message.

I've set up many accounts in the past. I don't know why this is happening now.

    Hello @lopphile,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention!

To clarify, when you mention trying “other banking choices,” are you referring to selecting random financial institutions from our list and receiving the same error with each one? Also, does the error occur immediately after selecting a financial institution, or just before the sign-in screen is supposed to appear?

To start troubleshooting, please take a moment to review and follow the steps outlined in this support article about Connectivity Troubleshoot. Be sure to pay special attention to the final section, as it contains important steps that may help resolve the issue.

    Thank you!
