i started uploading my backups to the quicken web. But i cant retrieve it

I tried opening Quicken, but it doesn't open to my checking account page. When I try to open my account from the file dropdown, it backs up the data again.

    How are you uploading those backups to the web? What specific steps.

    And, how are you opening Q? Via a program icon or a data file icon?

    Where is your Q data file stored? Start with the drive letter and show us the complete path.
