Transactions from Capital One report successful download but zero transactions

I'm using Quicken Classic R62.16 Build 27.1.62.16 on Win 10.

Update now completes with zero transactions. I can download a qfx file that has many transactions, but manual import of that also completes with zero transactions. I note that in the about dialog, my subscription seems to have expired 4/1/25 (April fools - Ha).

However when I check my subscription, it says it is valid until 4/1/26.

Any ideas what is wrong and how I can fix it?
