I am having a similar issue with a different credit union, Elevations Credit Union. In my case it will seem to download just fine but no transactions will be available to import into Quicken. This started happening around the end of April 2025. I have not been able to download transactions since then. I can download just fine with my Ent Credit Union transactions.

Thank you for letting us know you're encountering this issue. To help troubleshoot this issue, I checked on our end and can see Account not found (CC-800) errors.
