Paypal Credit, Mastercard and Crypto

I have no idea what Quicken is doing here, [Removed - Speculation]

[Removed - Speculation] the connection was working again and had been for several weeks, then suddenly on Thursday, 5/22 it stopped working - again. Now, when I try to download, I get the CC-501 error AND an email from PayPal that they've noticed a new device login from Mountain View, CA (?). Had support not closed ALL the threads for this issue user might have been able to inform Quicken support that, gee whiz, the connection to PayPal Credit, Mastercard and Crypto was working again.
