I "had" Quicken Classic Premier R612.1 27.161.21.
I went to update portfolio and nothing happened. I tried again, as I do this weekly and
nothing. went to Quicken.com for answers ; worthless.
went back to computer and tried to open program
got error message stating subscription was expired yet; I have a year left and it shows that on Quicken.com. Now I try to login offline, and it tries to connect to internet and freezes there.
I uninstalled and re-installed the program. Nothing changed. To make this especially frustrating no customer service at 1:00 in the afternoon Saturday 05-24-2025 and a notice that no customer service on Monday 05-26-2025
