no access to program no customer service

Quicken Windows Subscription Member

I "had" Quicken Classic Premier R612.1 27.161.21.

I went to update portfolio and nothing happened. I tried again, as I do this weekly and

nothing. went to Quicken.com for answers ; worthless.

went back to computer and tried to open program

got error message stating subscription was expired yet; I have a year left and it shows that on Quicken.com. Now I try to login offline, and it tries to connect to internet and freezes there.

I uninstalled and re-installed the program. Nothing changed. To make this especially frustrating no customer service at 1:00 in the afternoon Saturday 05-24-2025 and a notice that no customer service on Monday 05-26-2025

    Thank you for letting us know you're encountering this issue. You mentioned that you update your portfolio weekly. Does that mean this issue started sometime between last Saturday (after you updated) and today?

    Per our article on Quicken IDs, you need to be logged in before you can use Quicken offline. That may be the reason that you're having the issue with it freezing when you try to login. Are you able to connect to the internet to login? Have you verified that the email address you're using when you login is the one associated with your Quicken account? If you're using a different email with no subscription associated with it, that could cause the issue you describe.
