I am on a MacPro (2023) riunning macOS 15.5. I use Quicken Classic Premier Version 8.2.1 (Build 802.57282.100).

Several days ago my Quicken online access to Nationwide Annuities stopped working. I keep getting a Care Code: FDP-105. I am able to login to their website using a web browser. There is no notice on their website about any changes to the Quicken interface.

Any ideas why online access is no longer working?

    Hello @Richard Kennedy,

Thanks for reaching out and providing the details of your setup.

I checked internally and can confirm that you are receiving a Care Code: FDP-105 FI_WEBSITE_UNAVAILABLE when attempting to connect to Nationwide Annuities. This error generally means Quicken is unable to establish a stable connection with the financial institution, even if you're able to log in through their website directly.

    Thank you!

I've had the same problem. There's been a community alert about different error codes for almost a month now, but zero progress. I'm guessing this is a Nationwide tech issue. I've noticed that these outages are taking longer and longer to resolve. At least Franklin sent an alert that they'd be out of service for an extended time.

What I don't know is whether there has been a change on Quicken's side that has forced these financial institutions to update their servers. It would be helpful to learn more about this.

I am still getting the same error. It doesn't matter what time of day I try to connect. I called Nationwide and they said to call Quicken. Ugh. It looks like I am back to the finger pointing blame game.

I have to wonder about companies that make changes to their servers without regard for customers who rely on them to be functional 24/7. Temporary short-term (unexpected) outages are par for the course, but this is ridiculous.
