Poor support with financial institution connections

It seems that ford credit will not work with quicken. So why is there still an option when adding a ford account labeled "Ford Owner.." in quicken software??? (it should not be there)

Quicken needs to have official information on what financial institutions work and don't work, and this list needs to be current.

When these questions are asked on this community the quicken support tells us to go through the basic troubleshooting! this is wasting our time when the financial institution does not work with quicken.

My biggest ask from quicken in enhancing their software is to get more financial institutions support. It seems that more financial institutions are dumping quicken.

To clarify, connectivity between Quicken and financial institutions is not solely determined by Quicken. It’s ultimately up to each financial institution to decide whether or not they want to support online connectivity with Quicken. If a financial institution chooses to discontinue support or doesn’t participate in the service, it’s their responsibility to notify our service provider accordingly.

This specific error means that the connection is being actively blocked by the financial institution itself. We understand how frustrating it can be when an option appears in Quicken but does not actually work. In some cases, a financial institution may still appear in the list if their status hasn’t been updated by the provider or if their connection method is limited to certain account types.
