cc-501 code

Quicken Windows Subscription Member

one account works but one does not. This is with Equity Bank out of Salina, Ks. What do I do to fix this?

    Have you tried deactivating and reactivating your connections? When you deactivate, make sure to deactivate them both and blank out FI Name and Account Number, before reactivating. Use "Add Account" to reactivate your accounts, making sure to link to the existing accounts on Quicken.

    Otherwise, the CC-501 error is usually temporary. If the error persists for a long time, contacting Quicken Customer Support is suggested.
