How do I find the release number of the Quicken Online Backup I recently installed?

RE: I just received "Welcome to Quicken Online Backup" email dated 5-28-25

I noted the first item "Make sure you're on the v.7.9.1 release or later." I searched

Quicken Help using About Quicken and the tried Preferences. Nowhere could I find

what version/release of Online Backup that I recently installed from Order Number

2702933. I then tried asking the question of Chat---how do I find the Online Backup release number. After about 10 minutes of back and forth questions and Chat answers, I gave up. Chat could not explain how to find the release number of my Online Backup. Chat final answer was keep my Quicken Classic Premiere up-to-date. My version of Quicken is R62.16 Build 27.1.62.16. Clicking on Check for Updates. The response was---I have the latest version of Quicken. My basic question remains--how do I determine what release of Online Backup I have?

I'm 99% sure that there isn't such a release number, as in a separate release number for online backup.

There are going to be two components to the Online Backup, the code in Quicken Desktop the software and the code on the server.

For this first part, as it said in the message, you need to have your Quicken Mac release to be v.7.9.1 or later.  And you can see that with Help→ About Quicken.

As for the server side, that will always be "up to date" and even if it has some kind of release number you are never going to see that.  It would just be something they keep on the server.

@Richard Wright are you sure it wasn't referring to a Quicken release level in order to use Online Backup?  That number looks like a Quicken Mac release number.

Otherwise, the other place to look is in your Quicken Account under subscriptions.  Your Online Backup subscription should be noted there.
