Quicken putting CC transactions in wrong account...

I have 2 credit cards with the same bank (we can call them CC1 and CC2. Up until recently it had not been a problem to connect to the bank and download transactions. CC1's transactions would go to its register and CC2's would post to its register. Now transactions from CC1 and CC2 appear in the CC1's register and no new transactions are appearing in CC2's.

I have been clicking and dragging CC2's transactions into the correct register which causes other issues (scheduled payments will not match).

I have removed the web connection information from both accounts and added it again in the hope that would fix the issue…it did not. Tried a couple of times. I'm certain the CC# is in the downloaded transaction record for each charge and payment but for some reason that identifier is being ignored.

Suggestions on how to fix this?

Is this one credit card account with two different cards and numbers (such as one might have with two family members having cards with unique numbers, but a single account), or two completely separate accounts (like cards from two different retailers or one Visa and one Mastercard)?

Same bank but 2 separate credit card numbers. Separate balances as well. When I log into the bank site I see both cards listed separately and can choose which one i want to go into for more details.

When quicken connects the website and login are the same for both cards, the cc number differentiates them (or it used to). Several months ago this was not a problem. Quicken would connect and login once and pull down transactions for both CC1 and CC2 and put them in the correct account.

After downloading I would see both accounts listed in the connection status window. I could expand the entry for the bank and see both accounts and the number of transactions pulled over for each account. At present I still see both accounts CC1 will have the number of transactions but CC2 is always 0.
