new printer not spacing checks correctly

When the text for top check (standard checks) is aligned correctly, the text for the lower 2 checks is too high. When I print the alignment grid, I see it is too small relative to the sheet of paper. It is as though the printer (Canon TS 3722) is printing at 95% scale. Advice please?

Where did you get those checks? Q is pretty demanding about check formatting … and not all checks comply with Q's format.
Were the checks EXPLICITLY labeled as "Quicken compatible"?

In System Printer Properties select paper size 8.5x11", standard paper, 100% size. Do not use any "Autodetect" or photo print settings.
As a Mac user, you may have to create a Print Preset which defines the above and use that Preset every time you print checks.0
