I try to backup my Quicken Classic working file to Dropbox on my laptop and always get the message that the file is busy and can't be used for update. Help.

Hello @Paul O,
Thanks for reaching out!
To better assist you, could you please clarify whether you're:
- Saving your backups to Dropbox using File > Copy or Backup File...,
or - Actively storing and working from your main data file directly within your Dropbox folder?
This information will help us determine the best next steps and ensure your data remains safe and accessible.
Looking forward to your reply!
