health equity - error 1006

Receiving the following error for a few weeks from healthequity. Tried re-connecting but still the problem exists. I have 2 account with healthequity. One which is an HSA and the other is HSA investment .
There is a problem downloading transactions for this account (''). (1006)

@Quicken Anja thank you for the link. I have disconnected the account and re-connected them. Now the HSA account doesn't have the correct balance information. Also the HSA investment account is not listed as an available account to connect. Something is broken with HealthEquity.

Also can't access my HealthEquity investment account. This has been broken for months now.

Any update? Health Equity brokerage accounts are still not working.

same. I disconnected the connection and reconnected to health equity and still the same issue.
