Since a Quicken update on 5/23 I am unable to to connect to my Kemba bank accounts with Quicken on my Mac OS

I am running this on a Macbook OS is Ventura 13.7.5Quicken Version is Version 8.2.1 (Build 802.57282.100) for Mac.

I spoke with Laura Edwards at Kemba, [Removed - Email]

She said she opened a ticket with you on my behalf but I have not heard anything

I was posting the Quicken Simplifi forum on this issue but they told me to go to the Quicken Classic forum

The FDP-390 error has been resolved. I am able to see some transactions download to my desktop Quicken. However, I am not seeing the typical behavior where the downloaded transactions match up with the manually entered transactions. I went through a step; per the instructions on this forum, to disconnect my accounts and then re-add. Based on a similar thread from another Kemba customer; they were told to disconnect and re-add. However, the disconnection makes things worse. I am now in and endless loop of unsuccessfully matching up my bank account download with the account in Quicken. This is despite the mapping appearing to be correct.
