Lost access to my offline data
I don't use the online services. I just use the software on my machine. Today, I tried to add an account for a new credit card and seem to have lost access to 15 years of data. It is trying to force me to update my account which I think relates to the online services. It says:

All I want is to use the old Quicken software to access my data offline. Help, please!

@sjkemp62 when did your subscription expire and how are you trying to add the new account?

My subscription expired years ago. I never really wanted the online version. Just the offline version. To add the new account, I was using the "Add Account" tool in the "Tools" menu.

@sjkemp62 it seems like you are having multiple issues.
- What makes you think you lost 15 years of data?
- If you look at Help→About Quicken, what version does it show?
- Here is the link
Did you do an update recently? With an expired subscription, you cannot update to a version beyond the expiration date.
