CC 800s on multiple accounts all at once.

Windows 11, Q-R62.16.. User for over 20 years. SYNC is OFF

After running OSU successfully for several weeks, yesterday, I got the error CC800 or CC501 on ALL my accounts except Chase Bank accounts in one OSU activity.

In searching for a solutions., I found the activity from 2 years ago (2023). It refers the fix to following the routine to deactivate and then re-add/link accounts. Then I found this comment from May 2023

FIXED / RESOLVED - Error CC-800

"After you have deactivated your accounts and removed institution and account number info from the details of the account, then SIGN OUT of your Quicken ID and leave it signed out OVERNIGHT.

The next day, open your Quicken data file, sign in with your Quicken ID, then re-add/link your accounts."

Is this still an accurate procedure to do?

I have over 20 bank, investment and credit card accounts to de-link and re-add. This will be very time consuming and who knows if it will work.

I really think QUICKEN needs another solution to this losing account connections on CC800.

I submitted a REPORT A PROBLEM yesterday with the screen shot below.

    Thanks for reaching out. I checked the both of your accounts on our end, and I'm seeing multiple internal CP_ACCOUNT_NOT_FOUND errors associated with your connection attempts.

    This is an issue that our teams are actively investigating. To assist in the investigation, please submit your log files via Help > Report a problem (Thank you for already having done so @DRMick). We do not have an ETA on when this will be resolved.

    In the meantime, we advise you to deactivate the accounts, navigate to the financial institutions' websites to unlink the accounts from Quicken, and then reactivate the accounts by following the steps found in this support article. Once your accounts have been found, be sure to carefully link them to the existing accounts you have already set up in Quicken.

    Later that day, 6/3, After reauthorizing all the accounts that were lost, I tested OSU twice that day and they all worked.

    Today, 6/4, OSU worked without error.

    Is there something I can do about these :

    "multiple internal CP_ACCOUNT_NOT_FOUND errors associated with your connection attempts."

    I am happy to hear that your accounts are downloading and updating successfully. Unfortunately, our teams are still investigating the root cause. At this time, I would say there is not much that can be done to fully resolve them while our teams are investigating.
