Capital One 360 Not Updating
One-step update is not updating Capital One 360. I am able to download a .qfx file from their website without issue, but automatic download is NOT capturing transactions.

Thanks for letting us know about this issue!
When checking your account, I saw that a few days ago you were receiving an internal CP_ACCOUNT_NOT_FOUND error, which could explain the issue with Capital One 360 not updating at that time.
However, as of today, there are no internal errors currently occurring, so I wanted to check in—are you still experiencing issues with automatic downloads, or has the problem resolved on its own?
