Our service provider has updated some financial institution names for Fidelity in Quicken Windows and Quicken Mac. If you are setting up a new account, or if you are reactivating an existing account, please use the following institution names based on your needs in Quicken:
To connect to your brokerage and IRA with transactions and holdings, use:
Windows: Fidelity Investments DC (formerly Fidelity Investments)
Mac: No change
To connect to your Fidelity Credit Card:
Windows: Fidelity Investments (formerly Fidelity – Investments & Retirement)
Mac: Fidelity Investments (formerly Fidelity – Investments & Retirement)
Quicken Mac users can also see all of their investment and their credit card account together with the Fidelity Investments bid, but this only supports Simple Investing.
