Elan Financial Services CC-501 Error For Multiple Days

I am unable to download updates for my Elan Financial Services credit card account. This has been going on for two days now.
However, what's weird is that it downloads transactions fine. It just doesn't update the Online Balance with the correct figure.

I checked your account internally and did not find any errors on our end, which typically suggests that the issue is occurring on the financial institution’s side. The CC-501 error generally means that the Quicken server is being blocked from connecting to your Elan Financial Services account.
