LPL Financial Reporting Errors Have Surfaced

This morning I attempted to use the download feature in Quicken for Mac. I have a brokerage account and a couple of IRAs which contain structured notes offered LPL. Quicken inflates these values significantly. When you try and reestablish the connection with LPL to somehow refresh the values, it does access LPL and read the correct total value; however the download of specific securities results in substantial inflation of the value of a specific note: BOFA FINANCE LLC CONTIN INCM YLD 12% LKD INTC CPN 0.000% DUE 04/09/26 DTD 10/09/24 (09711FXB8).

I've had several problems with LPL downloads in the past and would love to get this particular issue resolved.
