Sporadic updating on TSP account - quicken classic and TSP authenticator issue

Hello, i know this issue has been identified and "is being investigated" by quicken, but wanted to provide more information about the main issue here, as i see it. i am attaching screenshots about this. bkgd: i am on Mac Sequoia 15.5. i only recently found out that i could my TSP account to quicken classic, and did so about 1.5 months ago. after some struggles, i did. first, the balance was $0, then i was able to get updated balances twice. no luck since then. i keep getting the error message (attached) that multifactor authentication failed, and that the connection failed and will not update. when i try to sync the account, i receive a pop up message "did you just try to sign in?" from TSP, to which i respond "yes, it's me" (see attached). then, after a while, there is another pop up to "verify sign-in attempt" and asks me to click on "which number do you see on your other screen?" with 3 numbers in boxes that i must click on (see attached). problem is that there is no "other screen" showing one of the 3 numbers on any of my devices or Mac. i just click randomly on one, and after a while, i get the error message. thanks.

    Myra - have you tried allowing pop-up windows, or disabling pop-up blockers on your browser?
