Accounts with UBS yield weird registers

Hello
We have all of our accounts with UBS because my wife works there :)
In a few accounts, I always have register mismatches after an update, to later discover that transactions are missing, have the wrong date often, or other anomalies. It's as if the firm sends data one way, and quicken takes it, and decides to mess with me.
How can I remedy that? Disconnect the transaction download and re-establish it, perhaps? Keep scratching my head and correcting manually?
Thanks

Hello @Nalgas,
Thanks for reaching out! I totally get how frustrating register mismatches can be, especially when you're relying on accurate data from your financial institution.
In cases like this, where you’re seeing missing transactions, incorrect dates, or other anomalies, it’s likely that the data being sent over is either incomplete or formatted in a way that Quicken is misinterpreting.
To troubleshoot this, please save a backup first. Then, I recommend the following steps:
- Deactivate the affected accounts in Quicken.
- Clear out any old/partial connection data by restarting Quicken after deactivation.
- Re-establish the connection using Tools > Add Account, search for UBS, and go through the linking process carefully—be sure to link to the existing accounts, not create new ones.
If issues persist even after reconnecting, it could mean there's a formatting inconsistency in how UBS is sending transaction data through the download protocol. In that case, we can dig a little deeper by reviewing your log files to better understand what's going on behind the scenes.
Let us know how it goes!
