Getting help from Quicken

I have been trying for a week to discuss a problem with Quicken. They saw my chat post describing the problem, they said thanks for the information and said the conversation was ended. Haven't heard a word since!

Have you tried contacting Support by phone? The number to call is found on the link at Help > Contact Support and they are available 5AM - 5PM Pacific time Mon. - Fri.

@Secretary 1 - would you be willing to share your problem you are having with Quicken? Maybe one of the other users here might be able to provide some help.
