Quicken Mac Register Action Delay

Question

Since the latest upgrade for Quicken Mac Classic Deluxe (8.2.1) I have noticed that there is a few seconds (2-3) delay in transactions register actions.  Most notably when filtering a register by "Last Downloaded" (or example) and then again when clicking the "Clear Filters" button.  I have never experienced this long delay prior.  Before this upgrade these actions were never delayed.  Other actions have delays as well.  I would like to know if others experience the same or if maybe I have an issue with my database structure?

@Craig in ER  I don't think there are any known issue with the database which can cause slowdowns like you're describing. I haven't experienced any new/worse delays in responsiveness of Quicken. Selecting Last Downloaded and Clear Filters refreshes the register display almost instantly.

The first thing to check is to see if you might have a register or report open which is hidden behind the main Quicken window. Pull down the Window menu to see if there is anything below "Sync Errors" on the menu:

If so, select and close the open window(s), and you'll likely see Quicken performance return to normal.

I have not noticed any delays with register filters. I have noticed a delay when switching back to the Home tab to see the dashboard, and also with switching between Transactions/Spending/Income on the All Transactions register.
