Since Saturday, June 7, I have not been able to connect to Macy's Credit Card to download transactions on my Macy's American Express card. I receive a FDP-102 Error message. Attempts to reconnect also time out.
Any suggestions?

Bloomingdale's has the same problem. When i called customer support, they said it was linked to the Macy's issue.

Macy's connection seemed to be working for me this morning. Others might want to try it out again.

It worked briefly for me yesterday morning, but by last night was broken again…
