Reconciliation Issues for Last 3-4 months

I asked a question a month or so ago about reconciliation problems after reconciling to the penny for over ten years. When I traced the errors through the reconciliation history they were all showing discrepancies in April-May 2022. I fixed all of the issues last month only to have 5 accounts with discrepancies in those months AGAIN. My checking account had a new $17000 discrepancy showing for April 2022 this month. After LOTS of reading, I turned off the "sync" feature. Is this issue going to show up every single month???? Is anyone at Quicken working on it? I am about to bail on Quicken.

I'm having a similar problem with my reconciling. Especially my Chase account.

Turning off Quicken Cloud Sync is a very good troubleshooting step to take. (Also, after turning off Sync, you need to also go to Settings > Connected Services and click the Quicken Cloud Reset button. This assures that there is no data in Quicken Cloud which could still be updating online and potentially causing you any future problems.)

If that solves the problem — e.g. you stop having these reconcile discrepancies with months far in the past — then we know where the problem lies. Then you'll have a choice to make: is Quicken still useful to you if you forego using the mobile app and web interface, or is the ability to work on your dat pain the cloud a critical need? But first, you need to see if turning off Quicken Cloud Sync and clearing its existing data makes the reconciliation problems go away.
