Quicken Freezes When Trying to Add Tags

I am using "Quicken Classic Premier". When I'm at adding a transaction or editing one, when clicked in the "Tags" field, the software would freeze for minutes. I don't know why this happens.
I tried what "Quicken Anja" has suggested to do. But, still the same.

Thanks for letting us know about this issue and telling us what you’ve already tried as well as linking the previous thread—that’s very helpful!
To better assist you, I have a couple of additional questions:
- When did this issue first start happening?
- Where is your Quicken data file stored? (e.g.: local hard drive—C:Drive, drive, external drive, cloud-synced folder like OneDrive, Dropbox, etc.)
I also noticed you’re currently running version R62.16, while the latest release is R63.19. Please try updating your Quicken by going to Help > Check for Updates, or you can manually download and install the latest version using this support article.
Once updated, check to see if the freeze still occurs when adding or editing tags.
