In all transactions the balance is $54,000. The register shows $181 balance. How do I fix this?

When was the last time that you reconciled this account to a statement?

Have you manually added or deleted any transactions with an "R" in the CLR field? Have you manually changed any value in the CLR field.

When was the last time that you downloaded into this account?

And, why does the website show 59,124 when the Online Balance in the register (which is a downloaded, not calculated amount) only show $1,367.85? This is looking like a very screwed up account to me.

Since you last reconciled in March, did you have to deactivate/reactivate or reauthorize or reset your account in Quicken?

If so, it's quite possible that the account register's Opening Balance transactions has been incorrectly modified and needs to be reset to the correct amount.
Once that's done, and if it didn't resolve the balance difference, go over the account register with a fine-tooth comb and look for discrepancies: duplicate transactions, missing transactions, incorrect amounts (positive when it should be negative or vice versa). Resolve these discrepancies until the register reconciles cleanly.

Agree with UKR. an account occasionally goes into an out of balance state. Luckily the culprit has been QWin has adjusted the first entry of the account. I just adjust that beginning balance amount and it fixes the reconciliation issue. I've been putting the "correct" account opening balance in as a memo entry to the 1st transaction where that balance isn't $0.
