why shortcuts stop working

i cancelled as of 5/30/25 as no longer need downloading.

6/7/25 found shortcuts list and all are working. i.e. the gear icon that is hidden behind "your subscription has expired"

6/13/25 shortcuts no longer working. why? can u remove the "your subscription has expired" on right side of screens?

    The only way to remove that subscription notice (AKA, the "nag" message) is to renew.

    And, BTW, you get more than data downloads with the subscription. You also, will now, no longer receive program updates (including security updates) from Q or support from Q itself.

    Access to this forum, however, isn't impacted by your cancellation.

    And, I have no idea why your shortcuts quit. I've never heard of such being a result of a cancellation.
